Returns & Refunds
If you are the original end-user or purchaser of SmartCocoon products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within thirty (30) days of receiving the purchase.
Only items that have been purchased directly from SmartCocoon.com or Shipped from Store merchandise can be returned to SmartCocoon.

All refunds will be processed within 2 - 7 business days from the time we receive your unit at our warehouse.
For all returns, customers must return all components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of SmartCocoon.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without getting approval from us first.
