Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy or have a problem with your order, you can get in touch with us and we will try our best to troubleshoot any issues you're experiencing.
Alternatively, if you are the original end-user or purchaser of SmartCocoon products and you are not satisfied with them for any reason, you may return them in their original condition within thirty (30) days of receiving the item.
Only items that have been purchased directly from SmartCocoon.com or Shipped from store merchandise can be returned to SmartCocoon.
All refunds will be processed within 2 - 7 business days from the time we receive your unit at our warehouse.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for all shipping costs.
For all returns, customers must return all the components in their original condition and packaging. The cost of any missing parts or components will be charged at the discretion of SmartCocoon.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without getting approval from us first.
